My kids got these for Christmas- the red one and the blue one. There's a neat little mechanic where the drivers pop out of the car when they collide with something. The kids think the toys are a lot of fun so far. They were a little challenging for my 6 year old to build (the box says 7-12). but even my 3 year old enjoys playing with them, and is capable of doing so. He just needed a grownup to help him build and repair it. A big upvote for these toys from me.

My grandson is 8 and he started his first builds of LEGO kits this year. This crazy demon was a good one to start with and was age appropriate for him. The instructions were good and with only a few suggestions from my wife he got it completed.
The car is neat and the extended crash bumper is rigged to pop out the Crazy Demon driver when it hits something. LEGO's are a lot of fun and these new kits with characters are especially fun to assemble and play with. Children learn to think, assemble parts and to follow directions carefully so this toy is not only fun but a learning tool.
